Family Class

Family sponsorship allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their close family members for permanent residence in Canada. The family members who can be sponsored include spouses, common-law partners, dependent children, parents, and grandparents.

To be eligible to sponsor a family member, the sponsor must meet certain requirements, including being at least 18 years old, being a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, and demonstrating the ability to financially support the sponsored family member.

The sponsored family member must also meet certain eligibility criteria, including passing medical and security checks, and demonstrating that they will be able to support themselves and any dependents in Canada.

The process of sponsoring a family member can be complex, and there are different requirements and procedures depending on the specific relationship between the sponsor and the sponsored family member. At GIIS, we understand that the application process can be complex and difficult to understand. We are committed to helping our clients understand the different processes and their rights. Our team of experienced and qualified immigration consultants will provide comprehensive advice and assistance to ensure you have the best chance of success.

We provide personalized services tailored to your unique situation to ensure you are fully informed and supported throughout the entire process. Our goal is to provide you with the information and resources you need to make a successful application.
