If you're a Canadian citizen or permanent resident eager to bring your family members to join you in Canada, this program is your avenue to make it happen. Discover how you can sponsor your spouse, partner, children, parents, or grandparents to become permanent residents and create lasting memories together in the welcoming embrace of Canada.

Spousal Sponsorship: Begin a New Chapter Together in Canada

Love knows no borders! Whether your significant other is from a bustling city or a tranquil village overseas, they deserve to be by your side. The Spousal Sponsorship program is designed to ensure that married and common-law partners can reunite and craft a life together in the heart of Canada.

Sponsor Eligibility:

  • Age Requirement:

    • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Citizenship or Permanent Residency:

    • You must be a Canadian citizen, or a permanent resident of Canada.

  • Residency:

    • If you are a Canadian citizen living abroad, you must prove your intent to live in Canada when the sponsored individual becomes a permanent resident. If you're a permanent resident, you should be living in Canada.

  • Financial Standing:

    • You need to demonstrate that you have the financial means to support the person you're sponsoring. This doesn’t always mean a minimum income requirement, but in some cases, you might need to meet the minimum necessary income level.

Parental Sponsorship: Honouring Our Roots

Your parents instilled in you the values and dreams that you carry today. Now, gift them the dream of experiencing Canada's warmth and possibilities. The Parental Sponsorship program aims to ensure that while you forge ahead, you're never far from the guiding light of your parents.

  • Undertaking Agreement:
    • The sponsor must agree to provide financial support for their sponsored relatives for a certain number of years. This is to ensure that the person being sponsored won't need to seek financial assistance from the government.

Child Sponsorship: A Promise of a Brighter Tomorrow

Children are the carriers of our legacy, our dreams, and our hopes for the future. Secure a promising Canadian future for your child with our Child Sponsorship program. Let them experience world-class education, unparalleled safety, and a diverse cultural exposure.
